    3. Tank set & piping: Install anodes, dielectric fittings, regulators, and tracer wire; pressure test lines.

    4. Backfill & finish: Protective coatings, warning tape, and properly vented, traffic-rated lids where required.

    5. Commissioning: Purge, leak test, light appliances, and train staff on safe operation.

    What tank size do I need?
    We size by total BTU load, simultaneous demand, delivery frequency, and growth plans. Most commercial sites use 500–1,000+ gallon tanks; agriculture often scales higher.

    Do I need permits for a buried propane tank in Arizona?
    Yes. Expect permits and inspections from the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). We prepare drawings, set setbacks, and coordinate inspections.

    How deep is the tank buried?
    Depth is determined by code, frost/temperature considerations, and site loading. Covers remain accessible at grade; traffic areas may require traffic-rated lids and added cover.

    How often is maintenance required?
