What information do you need to quote a concrete pad?
Loads/equipment data, plan dimensions, embed/anchor layouts, finish type, and any coating or containment requirements.
Can you install conduit and embeds before the pour?
Yes. We coordinate sleeves, stub-ups, and anchor bolt templates with your electrical/mechanical team.
How long before the pad can take full load?
Typical structural cure is 28 days; interim loading may be possible with strength tests and engineer approval.
Do you provide sealing and maintenance?
We offer joint sealing, surface sealers, and periodic inspections through our Facility Maintenance programs.
