What we build

  • Concrete housekeeping pads & pedestals (cast-in-place or precast)

  • Reinforced slabs with rebar, fiber, and proper sub-base prep

  • Anchorage & embeds – bolt patterns, sleeves, grout, and alignment

  • Vibration isolation – inertia bases, springs, neoprene, and inertia curbs

  • Corrosion & moisture protection – sealers, coatings, capillary breaks, and drainage

    Why it matters

    • Stable, level support extends equipment life and keeps warranties intact

    • Less vibration = fewer leaks, fastener failures, and noise complaints

    • Proper edge distances, embeds, and grout deliver accurate alignment and safe access

    • Smart details (drip edges, slope, housekeeping lip) simplify sanitation and service

    Materials & options

    • Cast-in-place concrete for custom sizes and heavy loads

    • Precast pads for fast set and minimal downtime

    • Foam-core/HDPE pads where weight is limited (light duty)

    • Finishes: broom, trowel, non-skid; coatings for chemicals or washdown areas

How we deliver (start to finish)

    1. Site walk & loads – verify weights, dynamic forces, and clearances

    2. Design & layout – thickness, reinforcement, embeds, anchor plan

    3. Subgrade prep – excavation, compaction, vapor barrier/drainage as needed

    4. Form, pour, finish – tolerance controls for level and flatness

    5. Cure & grout – set equipment, align, torque anchors, vibration test

    6. Handoff – as-builts, care instructions, and maintenance tips

    Industries we serve

    FAQs

What thickness should an equipment pad be?
Depends on load and footprint. Light HVAC may use 4–6 in; pumps/generators often 8–12 in with reinforcement. We size per load, subgrade, and anchor requirements.

Can you set anchors to a precise bolt pattern?
Yes. We install cast-in or post-installed anchors to the manufacturer’s pattern and provide layout verification before the pour.

    Do you provide vibration isolation?
We supply and set springs, neoprene, or inertia bases and coordinate with balancing/commissioning for best results.

How long before equipment can be set on a new pad?
Typical initial set is 24–48 hours; full strength develops over 7–28 days. We plan schedules around cure time and grout specs.

Do you handle pads outdoors in Arizona weather?
Absolutely. We address thermal movement, UV exposure, drainage, and sealing to handle sun, monsoon rains, and dust.
