We have extensive expertise in cooling tower work, including the renovation of Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station’s Marley Class 700 Cooling Towers. This work scope is so comprehensive that even Marley, the maker of the cooling towers, said the scope of work could not be completed in the timeframe of 18 days given. We repeatedly complete the scope both safely and within a critical path schedule of 18 days.
Bunney’s Mechanical Team is comprised of Welders, Pipefitters, and Millwrights. These elite craftsmen produce quality industrial products, preventative maintenance, fabrication and installation, all while keeping safety the number one priority.
Given the complexity of industrial mechanical projects, Pipefitters are equipped with a diverse skillset. Control points, elevations, ISOs, spool drawings, P&IDs, formulas, and rigging are just a few areas of expertise.
The efficiency of rotating equipment relies heavily on precision alignment of pieces to maintain peak performance. Proper alignment and maintenance of equipment often results in more production, less downtime, and less monetary cost of service.

Excavation and site preparation are crucial steps in construction, involving the removal of soil, rock, or other materials to create a stable foundation for a project. This process includes tasks like trench backfilling, hydro excavation, and grading to shape the land according to project specifications. Site preparation ensures that the area is suitable for building, providing proper drainage, and addressing any soil instability. Effective excavation and site work not only lay the groundwork for construction but also help prevent future structural issues by creating a well-prepared and stable base.
Water and erosion control are essential for protecting land from damage caused by water flow, rainfall, and flooding. It involves implementing measures like berms, spillways, and erosion control mats to redirect water flow, stabilize soil, and prevent sediment displacement. These methods help maintain structural integrity, reduce flood risks, and preserve the surrounding environment. Effective water and erosion control can improve site stability, protect infrastructure, and support sustainable land management practices, especially in industrial and construction settings.
Tanks and storage solutions play a vital role in industrial and commercial settings, providing secure containment for liquids like water, fuel, and chemicals. These systems include above-ground and underground tanks designed to meet specific capacity requirements, such as 500-gallon propane tanks or 10,000-gallon water tanks. Proper installation and maintenance are essential to ensure safety, prevent leaks, and comply with regulations. Storage solutions also encompass specialized features, like oil-water separators and spill containment measures, to support environmental protection and operational efficiency.
Fire and safety systems are critical components in both industrial and commercial environments, designed to protect people, property, and assets from fire hazards. These systems include fire hydrant installation and repair, fire line installation, and fire pump foundations, all working together to ensure rapid fire response and containment. Regular maintenance and compliance with safety regulations are key to keeping these systems operational and effective. By integrating fire and safety solutions, businesses can reduce risks, enhance protection, and ensure the safety of their operations and workforce.
